Delivery times
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Standard delivery reaches metros in 3 days and Tier-2/Tier-3 cities in 4–7 business days. Remote pin codes may take an additional 1–2 days.
Tracking
Every order receives an SMS and email with a tracking link as soon as it's shipped. Logged-in customers can track from My Orders or visit our public Track Order page with your order ID.
Delivery charges
Our delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on your distance from our nearest fulfillment center. You will see the exact delivery charge during checkout.
International shipping
We currently ship within India only. International dispatch is on the roadmap for late 2026 — sign up to our newsletter for updates.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact info@imtibishherbals.com within 48 hours of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
