By browsing or purchasing on imtibishherbals.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that you accept these terms in full.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse. You will be notified within 24 hours of any cancellation.
3. Delivery
We ship pan-India within 3–7 business days for standard delivery and 1–2 business days for express. International shipping is not currently available. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel is handed over to our partner courier.
4. Returns & refunds
See our Refund Policy for full terms. In short — 7 days from delivery for unopened items, full refund credited within 5–7 working days of pickup. Perishables (honey, tea mixes) and opened topicals (gels, oils) are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons unless damaged in transit.
5. Herbal product disclaimer
Imtibish products are traditional Unani and Ayurvedic preparations. They are intended to support general wellness and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on prescription medication, or managing a chronic condition.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, branding, formulations — is the property of Imtibish Herbal Pharmaceuticals LLP and protected by copyright and trademark law. Re-use without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.
